Orders are processed within 3 business days of placing the order and are shipped the next day after the processing day.

Cancel order

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 30 minutes. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it cannot be cancelled. All orders can be canceled until they are shipped.

Parcels that no one picks up

We are not responsible for packages returned to us as refused, uncollected, undeliverable or due to an incorrect or insufficient address.

Customs/Wire Transfer Fee

Please check with your local customs office for information on fees.

We accept payments in euros. If you pay in a different currency, your bank may charge a transfer fee for converting the transfer. Please contact your bank.

Separate Package

In some cases, an order may be split into different packages for one of the following reasons:

Certain items may be out of stock;
Weight restrictions imposed by the post office for regular shipping.
